Last weekend saw some of our youth competition team + parents make the drive all the way to capital region of Ottawa for the 2018
Ottawa Open BJJ championship.
A testament to the coaching and dedication of the students, the team (8 participants) did great as everyone took
home some hardware earning 2 gold and 6 silver medals!!

There is far more to Jiu-Jitsu that competition but its hard to find a safer and more fun way for kids to test what they are practicing.
Congrats to everyone who participated + the rest of the team that didn’t make the road trip 🙂
